Today she is an Earth Friendly Chef, Professional Baker, Chocolatier and EcoCaterer who specializes in creating Healthy, EcoFriendly (Plant Based) Southern Fusion Cuisine and Agave Sweetened (Diabetic Friendly), Gluten Free Sweets.
